“Sublime stay in the ancient heart of Athens!”

AERIDES offers a fantastic accommodation right in the heart of Plaka, probably the most central location you can find in Athens. Everything is within walking distance: historical sites, museums, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, shops and lovely terraces. We stayed for a week here as a family of 5 and absolutely loved the house, terrace and balconies. The property is spacious, spotless, very comfortable and perfectly equipped for a family stay. The beds were excellent, there were more than enough towels and amenities, and the overall atmosphere felt both luxurious and welcoming. And of course, the 24/7 Acropolis view is simply stunning and impossible to ignore. The welcome upon arrival was warm and personal, with clear information and very useful local tips. A full breakfast for our first morning was already waiting for us in the kitchen, which was such a thoughtful and convenient surprise. Communication with Xenia before and during our stay was always fast, easy and pleasant. Her local knowledge was genuinely helpful and added a lot to our experience. If you are looking for a spacious, comfortable and high quality stay right in the middle of Athens, AERIDES is an excellent choice. We had a perfect stay and are sincerely grateful to Mr. Katsoulis, Xenia and the whole team for making our stay such a bliss! We created beautiful memories for life. We couldn't of asked for a better location. Everything was within a short stroll. The Acropolis, train station, bars, restaurants and shops literally at our door step!

The apartment is in a superb location, with incredible views. Everything we wanted to see and do was walkable. The hosts were easily contactable and very helpful. It is so very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The welcome pack for breakfasts was very generous. The place really enhanced our stay in Athens, simply wonderful

The view of the Acropolis and location were unbeatable. Additionally, each room had a balcony overlooking the local area, where you could see the lively street - but it was quiet once everything closed. The rooms also had air conditioning, which made the stay very comfortable. We really appreciated the complimentary fruit, cereal, bread, water, juice, milk, yogurt, and even some items for making sandwiches that were stocked in the kitchen.

The location of this apartment could not have been better. It is in a lovely neighborhood with shopping and restaurants directly outside the door. The apartment is very clean, and the view of the Acropolis from the beautiful balcony is to die for. The kitchen is also lovely and very well-stocked with drinks and snacks, which was very kind. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this property!

The location gets a 20 out of 10! The views of the acropolis from the outdoor area is superb. Property is also in the best part of Athens with everything you want and more right on your doorstep. The host was very friendly and met us at the property on our arrival. The apartment is lovey and spacious.

The location of the house was in the perfect area for walking to major sites, restaurants, and shopping. We felt very safe in the surrounding areas and the views were amazing!!

The property is probably the best one I have rented and I travel a lot! The location was unbelievable! Right in Plaka with amazing views of the Acropolis. Shopping on your doorstep, restaurants right there, walking distance to Acropolis and other sites. The apartment itself was very spacious with with lovely finishes, lots of light and a beautiful outdoor verandah. The bedding was so comfortable and high quality. The kitchen was well kitted out and the host generously stocked the fridge for us with plenty of food! the host was lovely and attentive and met us on arrival even though it’s was 730pm. Cant recommend this place highly enough.
