The location is excellent. The terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast with a beautiful panoramic view over Athens. The pool is very clean, and the full view of the Acropolis from there is absolutely stunning. Also your neighbor Chilli (a lovely kitty), sometimes comes to say hi to you,and you need give her a massage:)

“The only place i will stay when visiting Athens”

The apartment location was great as the views of Athens are spectacular. In addition the apartment is just behind the Greek Prime Ministers home, so it is the safest place in the whole of Athens with 24 hour police presence. The apartment is fully stocked with breakfast foods, beer and soft drinks. There is a balcony and also a private pool with a direct view of the Acropolis. Very clean, all mod cons everything for a great stay. Rita the apartments owner is very friendly, accommodating and on call for any questions. The apartment is 5 Stars in my book. When i come back to Athens this is the only place i will stay in.

I spent 6 nights in property. Beautiful property, located in nice neighbourhood with great views over Athens and the city within walking distance. Easy checkin. Compliments to host for fruit, yoghurts, breads & wine etc. Well kept modern apartment with three balconies. Fully equipped for cooking. Bright & spacious for single or couple. All in all excellent property.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The hostess is very attentive and responsive. The view from the terrace takes in all of Athens - it's just amazing. I hope to return one day.

A bright, charming little penthouse with two terraces — offering exceptional views over Athens, even more breathtaking from the pool area. Incredibly quiet and peaceful, located in a highly secure neighbourhood. Spotlessly clean with a warm, personalised welcome. All essential amenities were provided — it was the first time I arrived at a rental without needing to rush to the nearest grocery store ! Perfect for solo travellers or couples. Ideally situated within walking distance of all Kolonaki’s main attractions, close to Syntagma and beyond. A dream pied-à-terre — my absolute favourite for future stays in Athens.

The view from the seating area beside the swimming pool is fantastic at night and lit by the morning sun. We appreciated the welcome pack of food on the side and drinks in the fridge.

We loved our stay in the Acropolis View Penthouse. Rita was so helpful and friendly. She greeted us on arrival and showed us around. She was very contactable and responded promptly. The apartment itself had beautiful balconies and the view from the pool was first rate! The apartment is an easy walk into central Athens and all of the sites.

“Fantastic accommodation and a warm welcome”

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, and we received a fantastic welcome on arrival. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. It's located in a brilliant area, within walking distance of many of the main sights, but still very quiet and peaceful. The pool was a real highlight in a very hot city. Cannot recommend this place enough!

“Great views and excellent place for a local stay outside of the tourist zone.”

This studio apartment was the best for our weekend stay in Athens. The host meet us in person and even shared a great list of local stores and restaurants. The location is super great outside of the busy city center but possible to reach many sights by walking, metro, or taxi. The apartment itself was fully equipped and stocked with drinks, snacks, and toiletries. The space and views were great and we were able to use both the terrace or pool every day, a desirable bonus in Athens. I would absolutely choose to rebook this apartment when returning to Athens.

one of the best appartements I stayed in. The view was simply amazing. We stayed for two nights and loved every moment of it. Michael is such a great host and helped us with every question during our stay. For me hands down the best appartement to stay in Athene!

“It was lovely and very worth it”

The location was great, with 3 balconies and a pool Michael (property manager) was amazing and waited to check us in during the night, food was already set up for us and the fridge was full of goodies. The owner has an amazing cat which is an added bonus if you like cats! (if you don't then you don't have to let her in)

“The best accomodation in Athens”

Arcopolis view penthouse is absolutely incredible value for money. The views in every direction are stunning and some of the best in the whole of Athens. Michael was extremely helpful - providing excellent recommendations and was always responsive when we had questions. The neighbourhood is extremely safe for walking around. We honestly can’t fault a single thing from our stay here and will definitely rebook in the future!
