Great location in downtown within easy walk of UGA, restaurants, bars etc. Has a roof top bar which was a fantastic place to watch the sunset. Excellent and very helpful staff. Great breakfast.

I made a reservation to stay at Hyatt, but ended up staying at the nearby hotel Graduate. I have been told that Hyatt encountered some damages due to weather.

The breakfast was great because it had a variety to choose from. I enjoyed how close it was in walking distance to local restaurants.

“Exceed my needs and expectations.”
The location was excellent for my training. It was next door to the Classic Center so I did not have a long walk to and from training sessions. The hotel was very nice. The staff was professional and my room was excellent. I was able to get restaurant suggestions all with in walking distance. I and a HUGE DAWGS fan and will look to book this hotel for future stays in Athens during football season.
