“Has potential, but is overpriced imho”
Top location, you can walk to the beautiful Egremni beach, if you want to; three very good taverns in a 5-10 minutes walking distance; clean house with quality materials and an unforgettable view, especially in the evening; the master bedroom is roomy and the balcony is very nice

Great place. Perfect location, however, the beach Egremni is a little further than 1km from the Villa 😉 The pool is amazing. Nice owner. No problem with earlier check-out.

Location is great if you plan to go mostly to Gialos, Egremni, Porto Katsiki, Vasiliki, etc. Other north-west coast beaches are at least 30-40 minutes away by the car. The villa was clean and cosy. OK for 2 adults + 2 small kids. Reaction to the previous rating: There is a dining table oustside now and the mentioned villa construction looked almost finished to me. At least from the outside (no diggers or something).

“Not relaxing”
The location and the view are great. Comfortable furnitures. Big enough for two ( there is also second bedroom but only one bath upstairs)
