Booked a king suite room and when I arrived at the property my room had been given to someone else and was forced to take a queen room with two beds. When I confronted the front desk worker he told me if I didn't like it than I shouldn't have used booking.com. he also charged me for the kind room and told me that they were the same price which they definitely were not.

Management is awful! They gave best option for a room with number of people we had was best value!! I booked 2 adults and 2 children. It put a x2 on 1 room with 2 queen beds. I'm sure I put my dates for 2 nights. When I saw the price for the room, it looked to be 2 nights. I booked! My options were to cancel the second room for 1 night at a "penalty" cost off $150. So I loose $150. Then, I would need to pay another $150 for the following night! I would loose $300. So I cave and take the 2 rooms for one night. No one will help me. The Clerk says $200 per room deposit that will be held up to 10 days! I didn't have that! She said "then I could not stay". But they had my Mastercard number?! I was at a family funeral. This is a disgrace! Shame, shame on you all. Heartbreaking.

Booked a king room got double queen brought it up with the front desk person and he said it was not his problem. Customer service suck.

enjoyed the hot tub twice a day ,every day, LOL staff was great during my stay also in accommodating my grandchildren during their visit and enjoyed the day in the pool with them, great fun. would do it again

Great and helpful staff. The room was what we requested and had appliances in it. There was also a roll out table that made life so much easier. Thank you to all of the staff for the great stay for out families.

Meets the high standard I've come to expect of Wyndham/Super 8. Enjoyed the hot breakfast, with sufficient variety to make multiple-day stays interesting. I appreciated, although I didn't need it, that the room was fully-accessible for the mobility impaired, with a spacious modern bathroom and light switches at wheelchair level.
