Great service, a nice room with a great view from the bath combined with a great dinner and breakfast! From start to finish the whole experience was wonderful, especially when taking into account that was well priced.

“Convenient and Comfortable Stay”

The room I booked had its own hot spring bath with a view of the city. It had a luxurious feel. Staff were very friendly and professional. I liked that there was a souvenir shop with a small selection of snacks and other things like Atami bath powder, retro Japanese toys etc. Yuyado Ichibanchi is located very close to the shopping street and the train station so it's in a very convenient location.

“A comfortable stay”

The onset was great even though it’s a bit small. The quality of the foods at breakfast and dinner was delicious.

“Great hotel next to station and for the fireworks”

Excellent location from the station. Lovely in house onsens which open early and late for hotel guests. The staff were incredibly helpful in helping use post out luggage and being flexible with breakfast and dinner. They had also set up the rooftop for fireworks viewing meant no we had an unobstructed view!

We loved the bath in our rooms, the spaciouness of the rooms. The food was amazing and gave us a true taste of Japanese cuisine. Wearing kimonos was fun. We enjoyed walking down to the beach and back up through the town.

The hotel feels outdated, and there’s an unpleasant odor in the room. The car park is hard to locate, and guests must pay for parking.

The staffs are very enthusiasm. They will try to help taking pictures after the tenant check out

“Lovely stay in Atami”

We wanted to experience a private Onsen and booked Yuyado Ichibanchi after considerable research. The hotel is very conveniently located in central Atami, 5 minutes from the train station. The hotel has a traditional vibe that is serene and peaceful. Our room was exceptional - space wise - it was huge with a living area, separate bedroom, and a open space that led to the garden. We had a huge lounger to relax outside and our own private bath away from everyone else. The outdoor shower was a nice touch and we enjoyed multiple soaks outside. The meals provided (dinner and breakfast) were exceptionally fresh and tasty, with a large selection of food plated exceptionally well.

Very convenient and near Atami station and right at the shopping street. Food was good for both dinner and breakfast.
