It's really noisy. At 12 o'clock at night, there are still tram sounds outside. They are very loud and make it hard to sleep, which is very uncomfortable. The hotel doesn't even provide earplugs.

The staff were all lovely, except for one cleaner man at the breakfast venue who seemed to think I don’t speak Japanese and was cursing customers in Japanese.

“Good in everthing”
Toyoko inn is always cheap and amazing. In room you will find everything you need for resting after long walk in Japan. I recommend taking this hotel not only in Atami but overall.

An ordinery hotel not far from the railway station. Very good buffet breakfast. Clean. Wifi stable. 0-24 reception which is very rare in Atami.

“A comfortable stay in every way.”
Comfortable room, nice breakfast, very handy to both the JR station and also to a number of Rent A Car outlets. We arrived via the Shinkansen and we could walk to the hotel within 5 to 6 minutes. We hired a rent a car from Nissan and their outlet was within 100 metres of the hotel. Also, very close to a number of dining facilities
