The beautiful location and rustic, traditional decor

The room is very spacious, my 1.5 year old baby gets to run around and he enjoys rolling on the futton bed too! We booked a room with private onsen with sea view, it was so calming and we really enjoy the slower pace here. The food is exceptionally good, but unfortunately me and my husband we suffered from food poisoning from the previous restaurant we had so we didnt get to eat alot :/ nonetheless the taste of the food were goood! The sencha in the room is also super tasty! We thought it would just taste like normal green tea, but when we have it during the winter time, it was heart warming. The hospitality is great, the crew were really polite, punctual and know their job well. ❤️ The ryokan can be a little far hence the shuttle at the station is so convenient!

The meals were exceptional, better than most of the onsen hotels. The view from the room was magnificent, and the ensuite private bath was a plus. The Engish speaking attendant (from Nepal) was very attentive and efficient.

The in room onsen bath was great. The dinner (included) was sumptuous.

“Fantastic experience”

The staff were excellent . So kind and helpful and thank you Google translate! The food was superb (and lots of it!) My husband tried everything whereas I was not so brave with some dishes. Dinner and breakfast bought to our room and they left us traditional kimonos to dress in for the service. Lovely spot and we enjoyed our couple of days in Atami.

It was an excellent experience! You can enjoy Japanese hospitality there. The food is good (dinner is kaiseki style and breakfast is Japanese traditional). We had a room with our private bath on the balcony, which was the highlight of our stay.

Two different hot spring baths, nice spread of food served to room for breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff but a bit weak on speaking English.

Excellent services, top-rated cuisine and panoramic sea views are the lasting impressions during our stay in Room 608 from Feb 11 - 12, 2025. Our special thanks goes to the very nice male staff who render his efficient services in table-setting for the many dishes of traditional Japanese cuisines, both for dinner and breakfast. He guided us the unique flavors of each type of food and the best way of eating with various sauces and condiments. He took the initiative to give us pamphlets about the sight-seeing spots nearby. We took his advice and did another hour of touring to learn more about Atami. It was a very hospitable and warming journey we had had with this hotel. Thank you for the very kind services of all the dedicated staff as well.

“Good Onsen and Good Food”

The inn was an older property but that was also part of it's charm. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Atami which was what we wanted about a 10min bus ride. Walking from Atami station would be about half an hr. They offered a courtesy bus but this only operated 3-5pm. Our room faced the sea and was so calm and relaxing. They have both an indoor and outdoor onsen that also faced the sea. It was so nice just soaking in the middle of the night, whilst staring at the sea and night lights of Atami. The food is excellent. Definitely book and order the Omakase. The variety is astounding and such fresh quality. I'd say the onsen and the food was the highlight of staying here.

The staffs were friendly, and the room service was extraordinary. The breakfast and dinner were so impressive. Each room has an ocean view. I booked the Japanese style room with open-air bath. So relaxing when soaking in the hot spring and view the ocean in the moon light.

There's a lot of food for everyone, even for kids. And the food is very delicious. Room is comfortable, shuttle is convenient.
