“lovely light room with great view over the Ginza”
The staff were very well-informed and friendly and commented on the fact that we had been before and stayed the same room. It was a nice touch. Something you don't often get.

“Nice stay at Atami”
The room was bigger than expected and clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and supportive. There are many good restaurants around, especially the chestnut dessert restaurant.
