The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to reach. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We were especially impressed by the friendliness of the staff, and the complimentary breakfast was a thoughtful and much-appreciated surprise.

Very friendly staff providing timely and appropriate assistance. Good location & Suitable facilities. It's a top choice for every trip to Atami.

I loved that it was a short walk from Atami Station, made it super convenient for when I had day trips to other towns/cities. Which meant I was also super close to the town's core market.

Great location close to Atami station. Free breakfast is simple but good. Comfortable room.

Very good location as it is just next to the train and bus station. The facilities are well kept. Tully Coffee is just at the 1st floor and breakfast is provided by them. I also like that there are two pillows provided for each person.

Breakfast by Tully. Not much choices but good enough for a simple one in the morning. It very basic with only toothbrush and towels provided.

Location was great and very handy having a Tully's Coffee downstairs. Rooms were nicely laid out and was one of our fav hotels on our holiday.

Location was extremely convenient, tullys being inside the hotel was also very useful as someone travelling for work. I also loved the seating options with plugs to charge. I liked that the laundry machine availability was shown on the screen, as well as the option to pay using suica/IC card (unfortunately I only realized this AFTER using the hanbaiki to break some change).

I like the hotel room layout and the design as well as all amenities. The hotel location is closed to the train station.

Very clean and modern building. Appreciated the free ice cubes and water; laundry facilities were excellent. And it was literally a 3 minute walk from the Atami station.

Everything about it was really excellent for the price. Even the complimentary breakfast from the in-built Tulleys was great. One of the few hotels in Japan we got two pillows!

Complimentary breakfast at Tully's was nice. Hotel is modern, good size rooms and clean.

For the price it is great value for money. The rooms are big enough to move around in and have two large suitcases with you. The complimentary Japanese breakfast is light but perfect to start the day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and I found the self checkin process very easy as the machine has an English version. We had a rental car with us and the staff were very good with assisting with the car stacking carpark.

“Comfortable, affordable hotel next to station.”

The Prince Smart Hotel was very comfortable, well equipped and affordable. Located close to station, but insulated from train noise. A noisy drunk party on our floor was quickly and diplomatically dealt with by staff. Tasty breakfast.
