Superb place to stay to watch the Fireworks which is occurring in front of the sea-view but it is partially blocked by the next building. However, one could watch it at the Roof Terrace on the 9th floor with full un-obstructed view with provided chairs, cushions & tables. Room is huge for 2 persons with ample space for luggage.

Breakfast and dinner are super delicious. Very good value for money. The hot spring is perfect for a couple.

Staff at the restaurant were very polite and kind to my family, including my toddler.

Comfortable beds, great wi fi , large room , friendly staff , good Onsen.

Nice to have a tub in the balcony and the room is spacious with lots of amenities. The public bath is also very clean and you can enjoy many different tubs and a sauna. The hotel is very close to the beach and to the city center. Breakfast was very good, but need to hurry up in the morning otherwise there won't be much left to enjoy.

Enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony. Nice view of harbour. Easy walk to Ginza shopping street and the beach. Good location for us.

Nothing particularly memorable. Sofa was nice.

The staff was very nice and held our luggage hours beforehand the check in without any money fee in exchange, they speak English as well so the interaction has been easier. They provided us pajamas, all the amenities, and the hot spring that face the sea was absolutely stunning

The communal Onsen were nice, even though the view could have been better if the windows would have been cleaned properly. Our room was very spacious. The staff was nice. The buffet was big and had a lot of options. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate fountain at the dinner buffet. The dishes you could cook on the burner at your table were delicious as well. The other dishes were good, but nothing special. There is a rooftop terrace which has a great view but since we went in the off season there was no service. It did not bother us since it was really empty and we could enjoy our beverages from the conbini with a great view. The beach is only a few minutes walk away.

The bed was comfortable. Location is great. The breakfast was very good, we really enjoyed the variety of food. Onsen is also great, we had a very relaxing time there. I also loved that there was a good selection of cosmetics both in the room and in onsen area
