I stayed here for 4 days 3 nights and overall was very happy with the facility - room, onsen, kid-friendly activities. But the staff ARE NOT FRIENDLY AND HEPFUL TO NON-JAPANESE SPEAKING GUESTS.

“Steep hills, super scenic views”

Even with the language barrier the staff were incredibly nice, amenities were great, view was stunning.

The room was a very comfortable size. The tatami in the room was a nice touch and was comfortable to lounge on. The view from the room was amazing. Staff were very friendly. The onsen was amazing. Felt all the fatigue from previous travels disappear.

“Best View of Atami and large room”

Large room, great view of Atami city. Breakfast was phenomenal, large selection, fresh food and fruits. 7min taxi ride to the Beach.

“Great view of the ocean, get the dinner buffet if possible”

Room had a beautiful view of the beach, and was pretty spacious. Can't recommend the dinner buffet enough, they don't lie when they say they have a large variety of high quality items to pick from. The onsen was also very pleasant, overall a great stay.

Buffet Style Breakfast is okay. Would recommend that hotel to have a alter schedule on the food menu as this will refreshens to guest that is staying for more than 1 night.

Quiet ryokan up on a hill with a view overlooking the valley and onto the bay. Good breakfast selection. Tokai Bus from Atami station stops right in front of the hotel lobby.

“JUST AMAZING!!!”

I loved the free spa with hot pools, both outdoor and indoor. Beautiful, big Japanese-style room with a big balcony and a spectacular panoramic view. Even the bathroom has this great view. Tasty free soup every evening. Free shuttle from the train station in the centre of Atami. I wish I could stay there longer than 2 nights. Thank you!

“Exceptional and more”

Everything was exceptional. From the staff to the facilities to the food. I cannot think of something negative about our stay. Not to mention, my wife had a little incident when her ring accidentally dropped on the sink. The staff were very urgent and helpful in addressing that issue. We were amazed by how these people value customer service so much. Definitely worth it!
