“Exceptional stay !”
We had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel, without a doubt one of the best experiences we have ever had. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The view is simply breathtaking and makes every moment even more special, especially during breakfast which offers an incredible panorama. The breakfast itself was delicious, varied, and of excellent quality. The staff were truly outstanding throughout our stay incredibly kind, attentive, and always taking great care of us. Every member of the team contributed to making our experience unique thanks to all the thoughtful little touches that made such a difference. We leave with wonderful memories and already hope to come back very soon. A huge thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable experience.

“A marvellous surprise, the most sumptuous food and incredible views!”
Grand Bach exceeded our expectations, the views are fabulous, the food is beyond excellent, the in-room hot spring bath was most enjoyable and clean. If you have to find faults, it will be the room was a bit smaller than expected for the price. The room was a bit damp because the hot spring steam vapour. But the price-inclusive dinner and breakfast was the “best” that we ever had in Japan….
