Amazing view and very delicious breakfast and dinner. The owner was very helpful, gave us a lot of advice on things to do.

A small, cute villa overlooking the Nile River with a view of the Philae temple also. Very quiet and peaceful and away from it all The manager organised a tour for on a boat to take us around d to the Philae temple and surroundings for sunset which we really enjoyed.

“Room with a view”

The room with a wonderful view on the Nile and Philae temple. The hotel is far from the center but is a great location to visit the temple. Also, tour drivers didn't have any problem dropping us off / picking us up there. Clean room. Friendly staff. Close to Aswan airport. The owner Ahmed who was super helpful with everything: arranging the boat trip to the temple, the taxi to the airport, giving advice, etc. We had a nice conversation around a cup of tea before leaving.

Our stay at Villa Misk was absolutely wonderful! Despite our late arrival at midnight, the owner and his son warmly welcomed us and ensured we had everything we needed. They were incredibly helpful, even assisting us in booking a transfer from Aswan Airport to the villa, which made our journey seamless. The villa itself is stunning—peaceful, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking views that feel like something out of a fairytale. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of the surroundings. We highly recommend Villa Misk to anyone visiting the area. A truly unforgettable stay with such kind and hospitable hosts!

“Beautilful view”

Villa Misk is on a beautiful site of the nile. To get there is a bit adventures. The taxis did not like . From the outside does not look like a hotel. But the owner and its family was very kind, the breakfast very good. And the view amazing. So I would recommend it absolutely.

Fast speed internet for $1/day. They have in house meals on request The host and his son are very friendly and prompt.

The boss was very kind and helped us a lot, just like elders who helped us with many things we didn't understand, especially helping us take a taxi and caring about whether we had arrived. I was really touched! This fault is also very good. You can take a boat to Philae Temple within a minute's walk. It is very convenient. I recommend everyone to stay there!

“Superb five star guest house”

Villa Misk is a super place to stay in Aswan. I like the beatiful architecture of the house, the quiet of the room, the large and new bathroom, the common area to dine, the very fast WiFi connection

Here you get the most Important thing you need in Egypt: Honesty :) The owner of this Hotel, helped us in so many ways, he didn't needed to. Highly recommend this Place. Very friendly Personal and also his son was very frienldy and helping. The Food was very very good. Thanks for having us. Next time we visit assuan, we will defenetly book here again :)

“Great WiFi”

I already reviewed this accommodation yesterday. We had two seperate bookings, therefore two seperate reviews. I realized after I sent the review, that I didn't highlight the WiFi. This is important these days of hand held devices. Everywhere we have stayed, including even now, which is a 5 Start Nile cruise, they promote their Wifi. Villa Misk, was the first wifi in the country that we chose to use. Everyone elses Wifi, worked like Camel. I'm not saying that the Wifi is blazingly fast, at Villa Misk, but it is more than adequate for today's needs, and by far the fastest since we have arrived. So, that being said my suggestion for anyone expecting to use data services, please pick up a Good Sim Card at the airport. It is fast and easy, and cheap. ,$20 for 30 GB, good for 28 days. I Chose Vodophone, by baggage carousel 4. Or if you choose not to get a good Sim Card, you had better make sure you stay at Villa Misk, if you want to use Data!

Everything was perfect, the staff very helpful. Ahmed is an excellent host. The location is perfect in front of the Nile where it's possible to enjoy a beautiful sunset. The WiFi is excellent, the room was big and clean !

“Short stay in Aswan”

This was a great find for me and my wife. We originally had this booked as an overnight stay after arriving late on the train. My wife wasn't feeling well so we stayed two days. Top notch. Ahmed was always there by phone to make sure we were looked after. He arranged the pickup from the train. Taxi was great.

Quiet location, great view, away from the noisy center. Everything in the hotel is homemade, they cook very tasty. Very friendly owner, helped to organize tours and gave a lot of advice on further travel.

The staff were friendly and helpful and helped to direct the taxi to the location (Google doesn't pick up). The location is beautiful, on the river with view of the island temple. Drinks were available in the shared kitchen area. The shower was large and had good pressure. The room was spacious (even with 2 beds). The patio area was beautiful to sit out and look over the river, very relaxing. Comfy seating was available. The owner helped us to book a taxi when ours had let us down.
