We had a very lovely stay at Zen Wellness Resort in Aswan. From the warm welcome to the farewell, the whole team was incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable throughout the stay. The location is quite remote and far from the city center, but if you don’t mind commuting to the sights, it’s a very peaceful and relaxing place away from the hectic atmosphere of Aswan. The facilities were great, especially the gym. The room had everything we needed, housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and breakfast was very enjoyable and had everything we were looking for. A special thank you to the entire staff — reception, housekeeping, and especially the breakfast team — for always being welcoming and smiling.

We stayed in the villa and it was the best holiday villa I have experienced. The beds were super comfortable, luxurious sheets and the villa was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The staff were very polite and accommodating.

I had a wonderful stay at Zen Wellness Resort. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with clean and well-maintained rooms that made our stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special thanks to Amel, the manager, who went above and beyond to assist us—she helped arrange taxis and made sure everything ran smoothly for us. Everyone at the resort was welcoming and attentive, which really enhanced our experience. I would definitely recommend this resort to others and would happily stay here again!

Beautiful location in New Aswan. Well designed and mapped out. The staff were lovely. Special thanks to Asmaa and Nashwa at the Wellness Centre who were delightful and gave us great treatments. Thank you too to Shahd who was our guest experience coordinator and Mostafa with his cute bed decor.

“Perfect in every aspect”

The property is settled on the Nile river, 15 km in the north of Aswan, far from the noise of the city. There are available golf carts going around to your room and to the restaurant in the morning for breakfast. The room are spacious and comfortable. Food and shower products are carefully chosen to reflect the aim of this resort. Special mention to all the staff who were always present to help us and in particular to Dina who welcomed us and followed us since the start of our time in the resort.

The spot is amazing, offering a beautiful view over the nile. The villa we stayed in was very spacious. The golf cart service was efficient and convenient to move from one place to another. (adding Boards with maps on the main Street would be useful). Unfortunately we did not see the wellness center and could not go to the farm house for lunch as we only stayed 1 day. With a better staff training, communication would be fluid with the guest and reduce frustration. The whatsapp service is very quick to reply: we were on our way to the airport and realised we forgot a device in one of the room. Ms Emel answered immediately to confirm: very helpful. The place has definetly a great potential.

“Did not know that no alcohol is served...”

Team is insisting that because the resort is called "Wellness" that there is not even wine served for dinner. Its no where mentionned that its a "dry"resort. We found a long black hair in the dessert, addressed it with the waiter and still were charged. Breakfast is good, but if wellness is the target, wellness food is missing... The concept does not seem to be clear....

Nice environment

The staff was helpfull and the overall resort was promising as a concept. The waitress in the restaurant was excellent, friendly and fully customer oriented. So was the french speaking lady at the reception.
