“Ok for resting for the night in aswan before carching cruise.”
Location is very good.. peaceful quiet place.. owner is very good and arranged everything for us though we reached Aswan around 1a.m. As its in an island, one has to use motor boat to reach the place.. the owner arranged everything for us i.e. airport to jetty and jetty to the location of this hotel. View from the roof in the morning was spectacular.

Be carefull when you reserved this housing The house is not accessible by car You will have to find a parking space (nightmare) then take a ferry to the island then get to the place If you are planning for an early visit to Abu Simbel this is not the place to stay as there is no early ferry back to Aswan. Avoid this housing.....

Wonderful position on Elephantine opposite the botanical gardens. Captain Ali on hand for any queries or boat rides. Apartment with seating area and washer dryer

“Good but...”
The apartment is nice and comfortable but the set up is a little unusual as you share it with another group. Room nice. Good value. Lovely view of the Nile and Kitcheners Island from the roof but there's no shade Elephantine is amazing. No cars! Nubian very interesting.
