Overview
Exotic resort in the middle of the Nile on an island near the centre of Aswan. 28 acres of landscaped gardens with magnificent views of the Nile, mountains and Aswan city. Pyramisa Resort is a few minutes sailing to Agha Khan Mausoleum and centre shopping area. All 450 rooms and suites enjoy exotic panoramic views of the Nile, the mountains, tropical gardens, swimming-pools. Our spacious and comfortable rooms are nicely furnished with all modern facilities and Spa. Guests can request to arrange for pick-up service form the airport to the hotel for a charge, by using the hotel’s contact details in the confirmation e-mail received.

“Hotel is not luxury, but the service is”
The staff and overall level of service from everyone we encountered at Pyramisa Isis Island was exceptional, very friendly, attentive and welcoming. Ms Christeen, the guest relations manager went over and above to check in with us and ensure we had everything we needed. The value for money at this property, when also considering the lack of 5 star hotels in Aswan (Old Cataract is the only true 5 star and it is very overpriced for what it is), it is a decent stay. The views of the Nile and gardens on the island are very picturesque, and unlike anything else in Aswan.

Lovely one-night stay at Pyramisa Island Hotel. Comfortable bed and friendly staff — everything you need for a smooth stopover. The island setting is unique and peaceful. One thing to be aware of: the hotel is accessible by ferry, and the tipping starts from the moment you arrive — boat staff, then someone to escort you from the boat to reception, then from reception to your room. It adds up quickly so come prepared with small EGP notes! Not a dealbreaker but worth knowing in advance.

“Would book again”
Overall a great hotel that lies on an island. Boat transfer every 30 minutes (takes about 10 minutes and its free). The guest relationship manager made constantly sure that I am happy. The location is outstanding beautiful (see attached pictures). The room was perfectly placed and like brand new. I had a small issue and it was immediately fixed including an apology fruit basked, so perfect response. Very silent and perfect to „get down“ after a kind of exhausting trip that I did the previous days. Service is great. Parking is free at the boat dock.
