Host family was friendly and kind. The location could not be better - minutes from the ferry, restaurants & exploring the island on foot. Rooftop balcony was nice, relaxing and where we chilled when time allowed. Room & bathroom was basic and clean. We were the only guests staying there at that time. Kitchen had amenities as listed. We did not fully use the kitchen (simply due to length of our stay & it did not meet our cleanliness standards). Bathroom was detached (technicly shared). Water was hot - had soap and toilet tissue. Great value for the money.

Veranda had spectacular views of The Nile and Aswan city 👍 Our host was very welcoming, friendly and approachable ❤️ There are good local and inexpensive places to eat, with Kano Kato being our favourite, only a 2 minute walk away.

“Real Nubian experience”

If you want to live a real Nubian experience, don’t think twice! This accommodation has everything you will need for a perfect stay. Moreover, the owners are really nice people! They make you feel like home :)

The hospitality of this place is amazing. Enas welcomed us as part of her family and helped us with any and everything. The location is superb with fantastic views over the Nile. I highly recommend staying at this place.

The balcony overlooking the Nile was absolutely beautiful. great view of Aswan and a really nice atmosphere during sunset. The seating area was made with much love and is very cozy.

Very friendly house and very practical located close to the South ferry to Elephantine Island. Mussa and ines made us feel very welcome and took care we had everything we could possibly need. The rooftop is just spectacular,, beautiful view on the Nile and the city especially in the evening light. Air-conditioning worked very well.
