We went during the off-season in June and it was a wonderful trip. The Nubian Village is great, absolutely fantastic and the entire crew was wonderful. The Nile in this is unparalleled in this region and Kazam, the owner, organized everything we wanted for a decent price and with great people.

We had an amazing experience at Kandaka and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with stunning views that made the atmosphere even more special. “Great experience with a view”

Staying at Kendaka was a real experience, the room was lovely and traditional with a domed roof. The staff were friendly and helpful and arranged a couple of trips with pick up from Kendaka...the village with its bazaar was great and not too hassly...the best bit was the view onto the nile each morning..will never forget that..there id slso a beautiful beach area on the left which you can reach by boat...

Staff , services, food, Location, everything was amazing

I loved this Nubian house. Unfortunately, I didn’t have much time to fully enjoy it. I had dinner at their restaurant, and it was delicious.

“Great value stay”

Really nice rooms, great Nubian designs. Proximity to the village is great. Owner is extremely knowledge and speaks proficient and confident English. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the stay is good. Breakfast and dinner servings are massive. Sunrise views are great.

This was my second time at Kendaka and it will always be my choice whenever i visit Aswan

Everything about Kendaka House was wonderful, especially considering the great value for the price. The location is perfect with stunning views, and the charm of the Nubian village adds so much to the experience. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the whole setting is peaceful and beautiful. But what truly makes this place magical is the hospitality. The people here are incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind, their energy and generosity made me feel like family. Kendaka House isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a place to connect and feel at home. Highly recommend!

“Nice and clean hotel, away from the noise of the city. Very peaceful location”

- We stayed two nights in this hotel. We enjoyed being out of the city and all the noise and traffic even tho the road to the house is not asphalted and it takes a lot of time to reach the property. The room was good and we had a terrace to watch the river at sunrise or in the late afternoon. - You can get a boat ride from the hotel between the nearby islands for the sunset. - Everyone was very kind and helpful. - There is a small tourist market with clothing and souvenirs nearby. - We arrange our visit to Abu Simbel with the hotel. The car, the driver, and the whole service were great.

The view was amazing and the stuff is helpful Mohamed and Azzam and the rest of the crew very friendly they welcomed us with a Nubian welcome drink made my day, Thankyou so much for the hospitality and love you Guyra showed to us and I hope to see you soon sooner then next season :) I love kendaka .

The breakfast was absolutely excellent with a great variety. As for the location, it was fantastic. The place is in Nubia, and honestly, Nubian food is unmatched – delicious and flavorful. The place itself is beautiful and very comfortable, and the people there are incredibly kind and hospitable. Special thanks to Mr. Azam and Mr. Kazem, who are truly outstanding in managing the hotel. Their enthusiasm to ensure every guest's happiness is evident in everything they do. They have a remarkable energy and dedication to helping guests feel completely satisfied. “Pretty house in a pretty nubian village”

Beautifully designed house in a small village called Nubian. All the houses in the streets are painted and colorful. Hotel is situated on the shore of nile. A short walk and we will be able to get into the nile for a swim. Their in house restaurant provides good food but most of the items are not available.
