NUBA One was a great place to stay. We had the entire 2 bedroom house to ourselves. Kassem upgraded us from a queen bedroom to a king + single bedroom. The A/C in the bedroom was super powerful. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped and stocked for cooking. There was free laundry and a large rooftop deck overlooking the Nile River. The bathroom was large and had good water pressure. The entire place was super clean. It was also conveniently located for seeing the historic sites in Aswan and a day trip to Abu Simbel. Excellent value for money. Can organize tours and transfers through NUBA One which is helpful.

“Great value for money, would recommend to other people”
Great location, you can find all you need in the room and the common area (kitchen, bathroom). The place is very clean. We enjoyed very much sitting in the terrace having our own meals.

“A hidden pearl, wonderful value for money!”
The apartment was really spacious and clean, complete with life-saver washing machine. This is a traditional Nubian house, it really has some positive vibes! What really makes it special is the terrace with view of the Nile, perfect for chilling out in the hottest hours of the day.

In 2019 i'm falled on Kassem on a street of Elephantine Island, he help me because the guest house i had booked on Booking.com was closed definitely and he proposed me to sleep in his new guest house... i was the first guest of this place and i come back again this year for 6 nights, it's the most quiet and perfect place for rest in Egypt. Kassem are a really kind person and i hope to back for a third round in the future ^^

“Wonderful”
Wonderful and perfect place to stay. It’s a great choice if you would like to choose a place where you can cook and have your own self catering. It has a fully equipped kitchen where you can make your own meals. The guesthouse is clean, has everything you need. It also gives you the privacy if you need it. You can do your work or reading in a calm environment. The owner is friendly and is available in case guests need something. Excellent choice, very recommended.
