In 13 days I couldn't make them clean the room once. The cleaners only come 2 times per week and only in the early morning while people are sleeping. I thought I was going to a hotel but I had to wash my own sheets/towels and throw the garbage. Wtf?

Helpful and friendly staff, special thanks to Torimbo who was extremely helpful in finding me a reasonably priced transfer/tour so I could see the Salto Cristal waterfalls and other nearby places! Super comfortable beds, daily house keeping, hot and powerful showers, location within 5 minute walking distance to the shopping mall, there are a lot of positive things about this property.

“Fantastic apartment”
Fantastic apartment in a lovely area. Shower was great, bed was clean & comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen but a nice size. Pool was lovely, not very big but big enough for a cool dip. We woukd definitely stay here again if we were in Asuncion.

Excellent location — right in the heart of Villa Morra and close to everything. The staff were amazing, very friendly and always helpful. The communal areas like the pool and BBQ space were spacious, clean, and well looked after. The 24/7 concierge service was also a big plus.

Great location (next to supermarkets/shopping malls) Really nice, clean, comfortable flat (same as the pictures shown) Big queen bed - extremely comfortable! We had a free upgrade - Deluxe queen suite... Thank you!

The check in was a bit of hassle. The room provided wasn't what was reserved but the receptionist, Torre, was great and managed to sort things out
