Well, I did not stay at the hotel. I had booked it by mistake (same name as this hotel I aimed at booking in Indonesia!). I was in a hurry, I pre-paid. While I know the conditons, I emailed the property right after I realized my mistake, literally 5 mins after paying. Not a single reply. So if this is how the handle service, the place has to be of lowest standards. I myself own a place I rent, and obvioulsy, always refunded guests when they had to cancel! For the record, we are talking about 1 night…
