I liked the individual style of the guest house.

The location, it is within five minutes walk of plenty of bars and restaurants.

Fantastic hotel, very unique but I loved the art throughout. Owner was very friendly cooking up some eggs in the morning. They checked me in very late (past midnight, coming from a late bus from Foz do Iguaçu), let me leave my bags also after checkout. All very much appreciated!

Really cool hotel that is essentially an art gallery with bedrooms mixed in. Check-in was smooth and quick, staff were helpful, bedroom was spacious with nice shower, comfy bed, desk, A/C, kitchenette. Owner is friendly with a sense of humor. Would without a doubt go back if I'm ever in Asunción again !!!

“Place okay with drawbacks”

+ Peaceful and quiet location + Breakfast is decent but could be a bit more extensive - AC very noisy and directly facing the bed. Not possible to adjust and even minimal setting is very cold. Got sick afterwards - When you leave for the day you need to leave key at reception and staff will go to your room and check if you've unplugged your charger cable and turned out AC unit - Housekeeping decided my toothpaste was empty and threw away. It wasn't in the trash, just with other toiletries in bathroom - Pool is very cold and not possible to use - Property has laundry facilities that can be used but doesn't provide detergent (even for a fee). You'd need to go to a supermarket and buy it in bulk

Really crazy hotel which is like an art exhibit. Villa Morra is a lovely place to stay and this is close to good restaurants and bars.

Plenty to eat for breakfast, buffet style and build your own omelette. Coffee from a machine is OK. Location is great, close to shops, dozens of great restaurants and cafes, close to Mariscal Lopez (main street) for transport but far enough not to get the noise. Oh, did I mention the art? The place is a major art gallery, every wall is covered with paintings, every spare corner with sculptures or old things.

This place is wonderful, the host is very friendly and accommodating as are all the staff members. The breakfast is really good and the rooms are very comfortable, there's everyting you could wish for!

The staff and the proprietor were amazing and went out of their way to help us. There was lifts for those (me) who don't walk toowell. The breakfast was very good as was the room and beds. We loved the eclectic collection of art that the owner had collected over the years. In short: we loved this little hotel and would like to return some day.

Everything was perfect. Nice rooms, garden and pool. And staff is very friendly. The owner of the hotel knows Paraguay very well and he can give you a lot of good informations.
