Absolutely everything-this place is truly amazing.

Fantastic location close to the ferry terminal. Warm, welcoming and friendly service. No issue with modifying my booking due to a cancelled ferry. Beautiful accomodation with tastefull decor. Loved the greek breakfast and the options that were provided daily.

The building is only a 2 minute walk from the port. Our apartment was light, airy and very clean, and had a wonderful view of the harbour. Giannis was very welcoming and accommodating - especially when our ferry was cancelled due to high winds and we needed to stay another couple of nights! Breakfast is chosen the day before and served in your room. The choice was very good and the Greek coffee and little warm homemade cakes were delicious. The apartment was ideally situated for wandering around the old port area, or for attempting the steps up to Astypalea town. There is also a convenient bus stop very close by.

Xenios Zeus offers apartments near the port of Astypalea. My room was spacious and clean. It had a small kitchen and I had the feeling that the room was maintained well. The breakfast was being served to the room and it was nice eating breakfast sitting on the balcony. The airport transfer was included. You get good value for the price. I enjoyed the stay.

“Lovely Astypalaia”

We loved our accomodation and the hosts attention to detail was amazing,decor and furnishings were really nice and even a small detail of providing a bowl to carry rinsed beach things to the outside drying area was nice.There was a nice quiet area just off our room which was shaded and enabled to sit out and have breakfast comfortably in the morning,breakfast was really nice and you could tick what you liked from a nice menu and left out for the host to collect,homemade pies,cake,yougurt,honey,fruit ,coffee tea were all available and very nice.Nice muffins baked in a cup was very nice,Our host was great he was very friendly and made us really welcome.

Very friendly hosts who gave us lots of nice tips about what to do on the island. We felt very welcome! The room was very clean and spacious and the balcony had view of the port. Totally recommend it!

Xenios Zeus is possible the best apartment to rent I have ever been in Greece, and I have been to nearly 30 Greek islands. The host Giannis and his family were very welcoming and took their time to show me where to go for sightseeing, good home made food and freshing swim. I could also check in advance of official check-in time. The accomodation is new, very elegantly structured, very clean with all new amenities, from AC, kitchen and comfortable bed. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. Balcony was very intimate with nice view to Chora.

Giannis welcomed us when we arrived and helped us arrange activities for our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, so well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchenette was really useful. The bathroom was generous in size which is a rarity from our experience. To add to that the cleaning was excellent. Keen to stay here again

“Great place to stay at Astypalaia”

It is a great location right in the harbor, Giannis was super helpful, picked us up at the airport, and gave us many recommendations of what to do and where to go. The apartment is super cosy and was cleaned every day.

The room was 150 yards from the Port and easy to each on foot. The host Giannis and his parents live close by so we were met at the apartment. Giannis very friendly and helped with suitcases. We stayed in room 1 . It was on the second floor overlooking the harbour. Adjacent, 30 yards away a good restaurant renown for its pasta and Pizza. There appears to be four rooms at the frot (sea view) and four at the rear (mountain views). There are two types of room with one being approx 5 M2 larger allowing for a sofa and larger balcony. We had the smaller room but spent most of our time out exploring the island. Breakfast is brought to you at a time of your choosing and was lovely. As we stayed in Mid September Giannis allowed us to use the room until the evening ferry arrived which allowed us to spend the last time out before returning for a shower etc. The hotel also provided free parking which was very helpful. Great apartment with two balconies and sea view, super comfy bed, sparkling clean, super friendly hosts, fresh homemade breakfast delivered at our apartment (the yoghurt, honey and marmalade were absolutely delicious). The location was superb with lovely restaurants in the bay (Akti is well worth a visit). Nothing was too much trouble for Yannis and Marguerite, they made us feel so welcome. We had such a wonderful stay in a lovely apartment. Would absolutely recommend.
