“Comfortable Stay Near the Port”

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The host was very kind and welcoming. The location is convenient—close to the port. We especially enjoyed the large, comfortable balcony, perfect for relaxing. We would choose it again in the future.

Everything! The room was spacious, modern, clean with all the amenities you could want and need. There was a nice sized balcony too! The bathroom was very contemporary with a huge shower, loved the basin with all the shelving to put your toiletries……all hotel bathrooms should have these! Downside however was the space provided between the toilet and basin….very tight. Loved the added touch of the welcome breakfast pack as well as the wine! The room was exactly as the photos on the website depicted. Very happy, would definitely recommend and stay there again should we ever go back to Astypalea!

The location is excellent, few minutes walk from the port and walking distance from the main restaurant area. The rooms are refurbished and very clean. The bus stop is 1 minute walk.

the position near the port and the center with shops an restaurants, and the guests very nice and helpfull. They stay in an office at the groung floor of the building. It's very easy to rent a scooter near the studio

Location, staff

Very well located, five minutes on foot from the port and the bus stop, also some shops and the beach, about 15 mins upward walk to the windmills and the restaurants. A large and comfortable studio with a very big, comfy bed, a nice espresso coffee maker and a take away box provided on request in the morning for continental basic breakfast but no milk portions for the coffee so I couldn’t actually enjoy my coffee in the nice balcony of mine. Also the clothes rail was very handy to let the towels etc dry in the nice breeze outside. The owner can be available sometimes to pick you up / drop you off to the airport and there’s a travel agency located there as well, if you are looking for some day trips around Astipalaia or book ferry and plane tickets.

Location close to the port, the studio is quiet and not too hot, very clean. We were happy to find a breakfast present pack in our fridge. Frank and Jannis are very nice and friendly. thank you. we will come back.

In addition to the room already having great value for money, when we first got there there was a complimentary tray of snacks and coffee (that you could make in the espresso machine provided) as well as a complimentary bottle of wine, which just shows the hosts like to go the extra mile.
