Location. Unexpectedly peaceful as we had shortly passed under a huge concrete road bridge before reaching the property - that was quiet with views down a valley. Apart from comment below we might have given an even more positive review. 0

“Enjoyable stay with great service”
Friendly and helpful staff who made the stay easy from start to finish. The facilities were well maintained and pleasant to use, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. Peaceful surroundings, very easily connected to Donostia by car. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Really nice property in a lovely location approximately 20min bus ride into city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and full of local produce.

The views of the mountains - The staff so welcoming . The small details eg savoury and sweet snacks free drinks and water . The breakfast which is included is superb especially the cheesecake ! Great restaurant down the road with amazing cider
