“Excellent stay in a clean , well equipped apartment and attentive hosts”
We recently stayed at this apartment and had a wonderful experience. Everything was great from start to finish. The owners Paolo and Laura were extremely kind, friendly, and always responded very quickly to any questions we had. Complimentary sweets, biscuits , tea and coffee were greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with absolutely everything needed for a great stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and welcoming accommodation.

“An attractive, very conveniently located flat with exceptionally caring hosts”
We stayed in Asti for 2 days. It is an attractive city and the location of the flat in relation to places of interest is very convenient. A supermarket and several eateries are a short distance from the apartment. The flat is located on a busy street but we experienced little inconvenience from that. It is spacious; the bedroom is very spacious. Appartamento Centrale con garage is on the second floor and can be reached by lift. The equipment is very complete. The hosts -Laura and Paolo- are unprecedentedly warm and helpful. They helped us bring in our luggage, there were treats waiting for us and in the hall and there is a large number of leaflets and maps that can be taken away. We have not experienced the care that L&P exhibit as hosts before. Grazie mille Laura en Paolo.

What a lovely apartment. Everything you need and more. Close to shops and restaurants. Lots of information around Asti supplied by Laura and Paolo. Great hosts. Highly recommended.
