“I loved staying there and I would love to come again”
I checked out the room and then in the airport I got the news that my flight was delayed for 5 hours. I came back in the hotel and they allowed me to stay in my room. Thanks for understanding. The hotel doesn't offer food though they recommended the good restaurant nearby. They have a driver to arrange a transfer when necessary. So nice when we were in a rush to the airport!I

“Comfortable Stay”
The room exactly like on the photo. Everything is clean, location is convenient. Most importantly it’s warm when the weather outside is freezing. Overall comfortable stay!

“Super, will come again.”
There is everything you need for a stay. It’s clean, price-worthy. Stuff is nice. Even when I can’t speak Russian or Kazakh. There are 24/7 dinners around in 2-3 minutes walking distance also a mini supermarket, a bigger one is 7 minutes by walking. Interesting sites are not so far away. I would go there again

- Clean room, very simple but cute. - The room has a desk you can use for work (but the wifi is horrible) - Nice staff - really friendly and helpful. - Proper hot water in the shower. - Clean towels, clean bed. - Quiet green suburban area, 20-25 minutes walk to the city center
