I had a great stay at these apartments while I was in town for work. The place was in a great spot, it was quiet, and I had everything I needed to get my work done. The Wi-Fi was super fast and I had plenty of room to set up my laptop. The staff were really friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a place to stay for work, I'd definitely recommend this place.

Dear Arc Residence team.. on behalf of my family, I would like to extend our sincere thanks for your cooperation and kindness during our stay in Astana. The apartment size, cleanliness, furniture and everything were much above our expectation.. your prompt response to our requests is highly appreciated.. though Astana is rarely visited by Arab families, but we really like it and enjoyed our time here.. as we are heading to Almaty, we hope our apartment there will be at same level of what we have experienced here.. We only recommend reception to be in front of the building, it is hidden at the back.. Once again, thank you Best regards Al kindi family, Oman
