Great location, very close to city center, just behind a Asia park mall

“Good for a night or two!”

Great location, just around the corner from the Asia Park mall which has a fantastic and very large supermarket inside, as well as a 15-20 minute walk from the Khan Shatyr Centre and the Astana Opera. Excellent location for airport access also, as you don’t have to cross the city! The room was a good size and comfortable, the bathroom was good with a large shower. There was a small fridge also and towels and slippers provided. The lady who runs it was pleasant, doesn’t speak English but Google Translate will see you right!

Good location easy access to the city center. Staff is friendly even for language barrier. She allowed me to checked in early too.

“Good stay in the center of Astana”

It’s a small hotel on the ground floor of a residential building, right in the center of Astana. The room was small but fine for two people. There’s a fridge, and you can ask for a kettle and mugs. The staff was polite and friendly – I arrived at 6 a.m. and they opened the door for me. I didn’t hear any other guests and wasn’t disturbed at all.

I couldn't wash my face properly, the sink was awful. Also the walls are so thin, I could hear everything that was happening behind the wall. The staff is unpleasant, typical for post Communist behaviour. The kitchen is so gross! It doesn't worth it for staying there.

Very friendly woman at the front desk. Location and price were both excellent. Facilities were great

“Good value stay”

Location near 2 big malls where one can get almost everything. It is located near a nice lover's park and about 200m off the main road to the airport. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. All in all good value. Would stay again.

Friendliness of the lady, she let us enter the room before the check-in time, arranged a taxi for us and woke up to say goodbye at 3.30 in the morning

The room was cozy and clean, private bathroom, everyday cleaning and great host and housekeeper. All promises were decided in a shortest period. Location is also good, quiet place is perfect to have a good nap. There are lots of shopping malls nearby, with good breakfasts and lunches.

It is a nice place to land while in Astana. It is small and simple but very cozy, has everything You need, speedy wi-fi, great location, quiet and restful. Only good things to be said about it. I liked everything about it. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.
