Too pricey, don't reccommend. I didn't like the fact, that you had to ask (complementary water, slippers, robe). That should have been included. Also location wasn't good.

“Comfortable stay in good hotel”

Everything was perfect, very clean, hotel gifted me an upgrade of my standard room to the lux apartment for free, there were lot of bottles of water in the room, gifted me chocolate and hazelnuts, it was very pleasant ☺️very rich and tasty breakfast, for everyone, eggs, fresh fruits, vegetables, salmon, turkey, cheese and sausage, yogurts, bread, fresh bakery, coffee, tea , juices. Reception staff was very friendly and treating with great respect. There was good Café at the lobby floor and it was very comfortable to go there without going out.

Arrived roughly 5am and front office was present which I was thankful for. Check in was pretty smooth. Room was big and clean. Wifi was good breakfast was too. Only spent few hours in the room before heading out for business at Arman Center which was only few steps away. Then checked out around 1pm. Overall had a good stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Park Hotel in Astana, and I can highly recommended! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism by the staff at the reception. They made the check-in process seamless and efficient, ensuring that I felt welcomed from the outset. One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurant. The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience, offering a diverse selection of dishes to cater to all tastes, from traditional local flavors to international cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and the made-to-order omelets. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, making each meal a pleasant occasion. The hotel’s location is another significant advantage. Situated near key attractions, including parks and cultural sites, it was easy to explore Astana. I loved taking leisurely walks in the nearby parks, and I always felt safe and comfortable in the area. Overall, my stay at the Radisson Park Hotel was exceptional. The combination of top-notch service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made it a perfect choice for my trip. I look forward to returning to Astana, and I will undoubtedly choose Radisson Park Hotel for my stay again. Highly recommended!
