“Basic Hotel with decent room size. We were setup in family rooms.”
“The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although the décor felt a bit dated. Bathroom amenities were quite basic, and the faucets didn’t work properly — the water was either extremely hot or completely cold, with no in-between temperature option.”

“Exceptional value”
Location, facilities and staff. A big shout out to Kalina who arranged a breakfast for myself as I had an early checkout the following day and Aibolat who kindly printed my boarding passes. If I’m in Astana again I’ll definitely book here.

“Absolutely great value for money stay”
Pretty much everything was great. Nice spacious rooms, good WIFI, comfy bed, hot water and good water pressure, everything was clean. The only thing, the whole place was on the old/a bit rundown side, but that wasn't a problem for me.
