I stayed for 2 nights based on the Booking rating. Although the hotel is not too bad in terms of price-performance, I would like to make two suggestions to the management: improve the breakfast and pay more attention to hygiene. There were even stains visible on the restaurant tables. With a few simple improvements, the hotel could achieve a much higher rating.

I like the hotel very much. It was just what I wanted and the staff were excellent - a real credit to the hotel.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was huge and very comfortable, plenty of hot water in the strong shower, everything was very clean. There was a great choice of food in the breakfast buffet and the option of having eggs cooked to order; there is also a proper coffee machine. I ate a lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and very good value. There is also a bar open 24/7 open on the premises if you fancy a drink. There is an on-site spa with pool, sauna, etc; it looked very nice but I didn't visit as you need to have a swimming cap if you have long hair. The hotel is not right in the centre, but I don't mind a bit of a walk and it is only a short distance to some of the main sights, bus stop to go over the river to Baiterek, etc. and the airport/train station are a short taxi ride away.

Initially booked room wasn't available, they could't provide alternative room for the same price, so I had to take a more expensive Suite room. When entered the given Suite room It wasn't cleaned and prepared for arrival. Had to request another room. Moreover, instead of offering another room immediately, staff proposed to wait until our room get cleaned. In the room we've finally stayed there were problems with the toilet flush button, which became stuck and water flowed continuously. Also, the windows of the room overlooked the opposite house, so the view was also not very good.
