“Mediocre, stay only if no other options”
We needed 4 rooms (1 twin) with a breakfast included, and this hotel had that available, thus our booking. The cleaning lady on our floor was sweet and helpful.

It was good price-quality ratio. Hotel is located not too far from city centre and besides located in busy street, it is super silent in the room. Staff is very nice and helpful. Arranged early check in without any issues.

“Fantastic Hotel with Fantstic Staff”
Fantastic smaller hotel just out of Astana city centre. The hotel is very clean, the Junior Suite room had lots of space with a very good bathroom, the breakfast is good as is the restaurant food. Overall a great hotel but the best part is the staff. A fantastic team. I would especially like to mention Asirhan who really helped me with telecom connection and Zhanna who really helped me with flight bookings. But all the frontdesk staff were great.

“Perfect accommodation in a good location with good access to all Astana has to offer”
The hotel is very welcoming, comfortable and in a good location - we needed to be close to the tennis centre and it was perfect for this. Staff were very helpful and communicated well before our arrival by email. We arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport and this worked really well. We had a junior suite which was spacious, with a super comfortable bed, very good air-conditioning and a minibar, slippers and robes and a good powerful shower. The price was really good and included breakfast which was decent for the price we paid. Astana is a lovely, modern and safe city with iconic buildings everywhere. We felt safer walking around Astana in the evening at night than we do in London! There are plenty of restaurants and shops near the hotel and taxis are super cheap to get to the city and sightsee.

“Would definitely come back again next time I visit Astana!”
Modern hotel in a quiet part of the city, loved the food at the restaurant - tastes just like homemade meals! The bed was super comfortable as my whole stay, got a chance to get good quality sleep there. The staff is nice and friendly, always responsive and ready to help.
