"October 25. Morning. I wake up to a hotel neighbor, whom I've never seen before, barging into my room. He literally forced the door open. We couldn't come to an agreement and a fight broke out. He apologized afterwards, of course, but I was the one who got kicked out of the hotel. He was from 608, I was from 601. 25.10.2025."

Everything was ok. Very nice staff at the reception and bar restaurant. Clean, large room, nice view. Walking distances from interesting attractions in Astana. Nice, fancy hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here.

“The hotel and the room look good, however it needs better administrative work and cleaning”
The location is good, it's quite and not far from the centre. The street and the building are beautiful. The room is big and comfortable, there is a desk and enough space to sit together with your family. The breakfast was good. The stuff helped is with everything we asked.

It was neighbors who smoked in the room. And it smells awful. Internet connection was unstable . If you improve those bad things it will be excellent 😊

The place itself was really good! The rooms were quite big with and modern. I think this hotel was made by European standards.
