I liked everything, capsula was spacious and comfortable, but best part of this hotel/hostel were people who work there! They're some of nices ppl you can meet, and they'll make your stay there very pleasant. Also guests were all friendly!

This is a great hostel. The position is very central and convenient, these capsule beds are very cute, private and comfortable, the environment is quiet at night and very clean, the kitchen has everything you need and bathrooms are more than suitable. But the biggest surprise for me was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Aina. She made me feel safe and comfortable, it felt like being in a family home rather than in a hotel. I highly recommend this beautiful place, it was definitely the best hostel in Kazakhstan for me.

“Nice and quiet place to stay in Astana”

I arrived in the middle of the night, which was no problem as they have 24h reception. With the help of google translate the checkin is easy - also without russian. The capsules are comfortable, beds are comfy and everything is clean. It was quiet also at daytime. Bathrooms are also fine and big enough.

Fresh and clean hotel/hostel. The showers had great water pressure, slippers were provided, and the storage lockers were large (no need to bring your own lock—my 40L backpack and daypack fit without any issues). The reception staff were friendly, although their English was quite limited. It wasn’t a major problem, but worth noting. They do accept card payments. The air conditioning was excellent, both in the room and throughout the hostel. Overall, I recommend it.

- great location, near bus station to airport, shopping mall, reataurants, some attractions like the Opera - affordable - very friendly and helpful staff team - pretty clean and modern - comfy beds and spacious capsules - comfortably warm during winter

“It was a super experience”

My second time staying in a hostel and my first time staying in a capsule hostel and it was great and exceeded my expectation. The workers maintain the place very well. If you have never had this experience I would advise you try it. I will be going back to Kapsula when I return to Nur Sultan.

“Great stay in Astana”

I love capsule hostels. Privacy but on a budget! Kapsula is in a great location with a good supermarket just around the corner. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Complimentary tea was great! The bathroom and showers were very good.

Clean , comfortable had a nice vibe in the hostel with people actually talking to each other.
