“Decent hotel, great value for money”

Nicely designed and built hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Basically no communication when you check in, they give the room key without any explanation about eg the breakfast or use of the pool. Rooms are old and urgently need renovation, hot water (shower) does not always work. Pool area very busy and seems more for general public than hotel guests.

Cleaning service not good they i called them from morning and left the hotel when i return i found it dirty and called them 3 times and after that came at 4 pm change towels and left

This was by far the worst hotel we stayed in during our trip. The best thing about the hotel was its staff - they were (apart from one member of staff) extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location is highly advantageous, with numerous attractions in close proximity. The breakfast provided was satisfactory and fulfilled basic needs, although there is room for improvement. The staff demonstrated a friendly and accommodating attitude in addressing our requests. We encountered a technical issue with the air conditioning unit, but the hotel promptly offered an alternative room while the issue was being resolved. While the overall cleanliness was acceptable, there is potential for further enhancement. In summary, our experience was positive, leading us to extend our stay by an additional night.

The room has an extremely unpleasant stink, we had to open the window door for an entire afternoon to reduce the smell. The entire hotel in fact is full of this stink, I think from something that has mould growing out from. The washroom is full of metal stains, the towels smell bad too. We are surprised that given the fact it is a big hotel with many floors, how can it be this bad.

Staff can speak English decently if needed. Staff respectful of all guests whatever nationality or dress Good cost and value, good location,Freebies were regular and plentiful. Some style to the hotel Tea sugar mugs spoon and fridge in room. Well arranged taxi transfer to airport Well delivered wake up call.

They changed my room three times to get one with the air conditioning working. No water on the arrival day. Clogged bathroom. The hotel looks like an old car with plenty of things to fix. Many things are worn out and not replaced.
