Very clean, very nice matras

Walking distance to everything, market next door. Super spacious (private room) and very clean. Staff was very helpful with getting us sorted for local transport. All super smooth.

Arrived at the hostel and was warmly greeted by Akerke, who was genuinely welcoming. The place is clean, well-kept, and the beds are very comfortable. I ended up extending my stay, and Alexey helped me with great enthusiasm. All of this at a very affordable price. highly recommend!

The location is as best as it can be, the neighborhood is really nice and quiet. The facilities are really clean and modern The staff is amazing, chill and helpful.

Hostel Forum was well located with easy access to public transportation, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the private room which was spacious with a loft bed. The street view from the window was nice.

Tomiris and other people They are really friendly. Everyone, trust them and book your hostel.

“I used to work in the hostel so i can recooked this one for sure”

Cozy bed, clean toilet, good location, the bus stop is close. Also they have female room, 2 nights out of 4 I stayed alone there :) From the staff Aleksei was the best. He managed to keep the people quiet after 10 pm and telling them to close the door etc. some girl from my room left the door open going out and in every time.

I had a nice stay! The place is really clean, the beds are comfortable, and the showers work great. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly. Both Yasmina and Azhar went above and beyond to assist me. Their kindness and willingness to help will definitely be the most memorable part of my stay!

“Cozy, central hostel with welcoming staff.”

Hostel Forum is very central, with all major sights in walkable distance. The hostel itseöf is very comfy, with lots of warm colours of the interior and thought thru items. The beds in the dorms have curtains so even sharing a room you have your own little "cabin" and some privacy. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Especially Yasmina at the reception helped me out a lot with recommendations. She even called the train station for me to ask if they have lockers.

The jostel is just what you need. Located in the city center (enormous one !) all you need is nearby. Theeebis also a super nice atmosphere. The hostel is very very clean, you feel so cknfortable totale a shower after a 16 hours train ride. The bonus was the excellent welcoming by Yasmina that spoke a super fiuent french (combined to a perfet engiish as well).

I stayed two days in august. I used the higher of two berths. •This hostel is located in a high class residential area. It's a 3 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop. •KACCA 24 which can charge bus card is located with FREEDOM finance ATM on the way to the hostel from bus stop. •If you will arrive at midnight, you can check-in. I recommend you to contact hostel in advance. •It's available to pay with credit. •The nights in Astana are cool, so if you open the window, the wind feels good. •There are berths with curtains, lights, outlet, shelf, locker with key. •There are so many restrooms and showers in the hostel. If you have done with these, please turn off the light and ventilation. •Slippers, pillow case, bed sheets and quilt cover are provided. •Wi-Fi, refrigerator, kettle, iron, washing machine... so many accommodations are available. •A nice restaurant named Mother restaurant is located across the main street. Beautiful and kind staff, Yasmina and Nazgul, helping me during my stay! Thanks to them, I have come to love your country! I'll come here again someday! Рахмет!

“Comfortable accommodation with helpful staffs.”

Very quiet, well organised, clean and comfy accommodation. I could sleep without ear plugs that I usually use while staying at hostel. Kitchen is well organised and sufficient bathrooms. A bit away from the centre, but everywhere is reachable with bus or taxi. Yasmina at the reception helped me a lot to give me information on my first day of Kazakhstan, and Gulnaz organised a night train ticket to Almaty for me. It was short stay, but definitely will stay there again!

Good and safe location. On-site staff were very helpful. Over of the best hostel rooms that i have stayed in.
