The apartment was very clean. A nice bonus was the washing machine, and you can also request an iron if needed. I especially liked the small personal care set of, razor, toothbrush, shower gel etc.

Location was good, near to a huge modern mall. Easy to travel by public transport to the city centre. Great having a kitchen and a washing machine in the unit! Breakfast was good with generous portion.

“A nice affordable hotel located near the Astana Expo Centre.”
The hotel is located near the Nasarbayev university and a big shopping mall. The staff is helpful, and the lunch is all right, they bring it to your room, however, you do need to order it in advance.

Close to Expo. Quite area. All necessary shops, restaurants are around. Clean and a lot of light and space. It also had cooker and washing machine.

Very close to the airport. There is a sushi restaurant below the hotel. The whole house is spotless. You choose your breakfast from a few options and it is delivered to your room.

“I can't make it short enough.”
We don't mind run down hotels, but this was filthy!!! WE should call the Idaho Health Department and have you shut down, The pool was a disgrace. Don't know when the bathroom was clean last, piss all around the toilet, bed sheets hadn't been changed the telephone didn't work . The lam[ had no turn on switch. Everything was dirty filthy. Don't know when the rugs were cleaned last, Couldn't see out the windows, THE IRONING BOARD COVER NEEDS TO BE THROWN AWAY THAT IS BIOHAZARD!!!! YOU NEED SOME SERIOUS CLEANING AND the broken beer bottles in the morning we had to dodge what a JOKE!!!
