SPA not managed well

“Nice Business trip to Astana”

Bed was great, Room was clean, Internet was high-speed, Breakfast had a lot of choices, staff was very friendly. Massage was perfect, Hamam i enjoyed.

The hotel does not match the photos in the listing at all. It is very old, and it seems there has been no renovation since it was built. The bathroom has outdated and heavily worn fixtures, the door handles are loose, and there is a horrible sewage smell coming from the shower. The photos on Booking look like they were taken at least 15 years ago. Definitely not recommended!

The hotel staff were respectful and friendly throughout my stay, which made the experience pleasant overall. When I asked whether it would be possible to change my room, they responded promptly and offered several alternative options, which I appreciated. The location was convenient for my needs, and considering the price I paid, I believe the hotel represents good value for money.

There was no elevator, but the staff was very helpful.

Very good location near Central Park. Not far from the airport. Staff were lovely despite me knowing very little Russian and Kazakh they still supported me. Also one of staff gave me recommendation of places to visit in Astana. Spa and gym was good, breakfast was nice. For the facilities and the hotel room which was very big and nice the price was fantastic. Will happily stay here again if I am back in Astana. Thank you so much

“Comfortable hotel in the embassy district”

Hotel room was of a decent size near a small supermarket and coffee shops, within a 20-minute taxi ride of the main sights; quite convenient given how large and sprawling the city is. Breakfast had a wide range of options.

Lication - It was on my way to another city where my plan was for the next day so i have choosen this hotel Breakfast was good enough and comfortable atmosphere in restaurant side

Though you have to pay separately for breakfast, it was wonderful and a lot. Internet was good, friendly staff. Also a walking distance to other eateries and a park for walking, and a mall. Overall, wonderful wonderful experience

Very nice bed & room. We were able to do early check in which was really appreciated after a long flight. Staff was super friendly and ready to help with anything.

The location was good. And reception/lobby was decent. Friendly staff. The location is good - 20/30 min ride from airport (with yandex taxi costs approx 3-5 eur).

I think the price/quality ratio for this hotel is hard to beat. Good location. Free sauna and hamam. Excellent staff.

“A decent hotel at a low price”

The hotel provides decent accommodation for a rather low price. The location is also quite convenient. My room had a convenient bed and pillows - something one does not often find even in much more expensive hotels.
