The caps future hotel is the ideal setting for a first time stay in Astana, the futuristic capital of Kazakhstan. The communal areas and rooms are kept very clean, with staff continuously cleaning throughout the day. You receive a towel and toothbrush/tooth at check-in, together with slippers (as noone is allowed to walk around with street shoes). The location is also excellent, in walking distance from the Baiterek Tower.

Last year i stayed during my holiday break. And now for another holiday break, though there are new staff's working, they are good and hospitable as the ones before. That's why i love staying here in Caps lock, it's because people that are working are friendly and all areas are clean and well maintained.

Almost nothing works and you hear everything around your capsule and everything inside capsules in your zone. No television even if it there. It doesn't work.

The staff were very helpful with providing information and helping me book a taxi. Some couldn't speak english but the language apps overcame that. The capsules were comfortable and roomy.

“Very nice and clean facility! Perfect location!”
The capsule I was in was really nice and clean! I think it was new. The location is very well connected to the airport (bus 10 to the airport) and to the other parts of the city.

“Great value for money, great location”
- the location was great. Walking distance from some of the city’s landmarks - clean - common space is kept clean as well - great, accommodating staff - multiple toilets and shower rooms
