The Traditional hotel is warm and welcoming and we loved the decor. The hotel is full of interest and comfort. It is spotlessly clean and the rooms are well serviced each day. The staff are smiling friendly and very helpful. A visit to Astana is made even better by our stay at the Traditional hotel.

This place exceeded our expectations and fulfilled all our needs: Excellent location, large and clean room, comfortable bed, good bathroom. The personnel of the hotel, though with very little knowledge of English, did their best - always with a smile - to accommodate us and they succeeded with everything. We highly recommend the place to everyone visiting the beautiful city of Astana.

“Very pleasant stay”
Very good hotel, nicely decorated and super clean. Bedrooms are spacious with a proper separated bathroom. Staff is very helpful. Particularly appreciated the breakfast (included), a lot of options and very good.

Lovely hotel with great facilities/amenities, breakfast was very good quality and housekeeping was impeccable. Good location for some attractions nearby (although this is all relative in Astana) as well as some themed restaurants. Transfer organised by hotel is very efficient and hotel handles payments
