“Awful”
The owner of the property ignored me on the day of my arrival, leaving me without a place to stay. Despite contacting them the day before via WhatsApp and receiving a response about the Internet connection, they neither answered my calls nor my messages upon my arrival in Astana. It's a despicable treatment!
