“Central, spacious, comfortable and modern”

Central location, quiet, the mattresses were sooo comfortable and the host is very friendly and helpful. Modern interior which is also cozy and it has a terrace!

“Xenios Assisi”

The location was perfect within a very beautiful setting and close to many, many wonderful places to eat and drink. The renovation of the building was to an excellent standard; the quality of facilities and soundproofing especially. Communication with the owners was always quick and helpful, and the app access to the property and rooms was great.The listing stated on booking that it was a two bedroom house when actually it was two separate rooms on different floors joined by a staircase that was used by other guests. Our family was adults and older teenagers, so this was not an issue for us but may need consideration for guests with younger children. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

“Wonderful Apartment”

The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was spacious and bathroom essential were provided. The curtain was super good, very sturdy. The table in the living room can transform into a kitchen sink and there is a mini stove. The owner gave us a discount card for nearby car park. We arrived on rainy day, it was hard for us to reach the apartment from the main car park as the ground its not flat and we brought big luggage, you're lucky if there is an empty parking lot in front of the apartment. The parking lot in front of the apartment was full when we arrived, but there was one empty lot when we checked out. So its easier for us to carry the luggage into our car. 5-15 minutes walking to restaurants, mini market, main churches. We enjoyed our stay so much.

The owner is extremely helpful and always available via whatsapp. The facilities were very clean and location is superb, just off piazza del comune and a few seconds walk from a supermarket, vegetable shop; butcher and pharmacy. Kitchenette in the apartment is well equipped and there is a coffee machine available for use, together with tea and coffee. The owner brought fresh roses in the terrace when we arrived and also offered to bring some more chairs, which we really appreciated! :) Bathroom is very modern and spacious and also has a good quality hairdryer for use. The building is very well kept and extremely clean.

Overall, we had a great stay! The apartment had everything we needed. It was comfortable and very clean. It's also in a great location, right near the main square and 10min walk from the main car park.

New modern apartment in a central location just off Piazza del Comune. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Staff were kind and helpful and always responded promptly. I highly recommend it
