“Great gem right in the city”

Great host, thanks for all the information about the city! Breakfast comes in a small basket and is cute. Much better experience than your usual hotel, feels more like a nice Airbnb. Unfortunately we only booked one night, we would've loved to stay longer.

the breakfast was delivered to the door in the morning and was a traditional Italian breakfast of bread, croissants etc with good coffee provided.

A truly exceptional bed and breakfast. Stefano made every effort to make us feel at home in our beautiful studio room. Perfect location to set off by foot and visit the amazing sites of Assisi. A much needed and much appreciated bit of respite between our time in busy Florence and Rome. Could not recommend this location highly enough.

Well located, 5 minutes from the main square (Piazza Comune) and the bus stop (Piazza Matteotti). Most attractive place to stay from the aesthetic point of view. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Very good breakfasts supplied outside the main door every morning. Excellent host, who was most helpful and attentive.

Location perfect, free parking close to the flat, landlord full of genuine care, perfectly clean and tidy. We have to return there.

It was large, well equipped and easily accessible. A little out of the main tourist centre it was quiet and situated among the locals. Easy access to the bus stop. Stefano was a great host who met us in person and freely gave advice and direction. He was happy to do what he could to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was on the front step each morning. The property did not have A/c but did not need it it was cool inside while it was well over 30 degrees outside.
