“Mixed feelings - fantastic place, but the owners were somewhat misleading”
Very nicely renovated property with the lovely nature around. All the apartments have views, but they all are facing to the road next to the apt. building.. the road is not that intense but I would prefer the calmer option next time. The property is well equipped, clean, the outdoor areas are nice- tennis court, pool, community zones.

Residence Serena offers big hospitality and a comfortable apartment only 15 minutes from Assisi in a beautiful and quiet location. The apartment was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The unit has an outdoor setting so you can enjoy the beautiful landscape. The pool, tennis court, bar and picnic areas are an amazing addition to the property so you can soak up the relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend using Residence Serena as your base for your Umbrian adventures.

Beautiful place. The room has everything one would need. For a couple it was perfect but could also be perfect for families. The breakfast was very good and the host did everything they could to accommodate our special requirements. Loved the pool as well.

The property is amazing, the pool is great (and there's a tennis court and pool table as well). the apartment was big and very comfortable. Located outside of Asissi with a beautiful view. Catherine and Chris are so nice and helpful. We really recommend it, you're going to enjoy!

The property was beautiful and located just outside Assisi. We stayed late in the year, so the pool and most outdoor amenities were not available to us. But they all looked to be in great shape and one can imagine a summer time stay would be fantastic!

Catherine and Chris are the most welcoming hosts and cannot do enough for you.You start with a tour with their two gorgeous well mannered dogs and are then given a drink on the house to get you in the relaxed mode.Beautiful swimming pool and spa pool, tennis court and pool table. Great kitchen if you want to bring your own food or Catherine does a very generous breakfast. Restaurant 10 minutes down the road for a tasty dinner with the locals and tourists. This is a magic spot high in the hills in Umbria, worth making the effort to get to,especially if you need a bit of peace and rest.

Great location to reach Assisi in 15 minutes (drive) and easy drive to other towns Speleto, Spello and Gubbio. The facilities are very well maintained, the kitchen had everything needed. Parking at the property. It was lovely to relax by the swimming pool and play a game of tennis after a day of sightseeing. It is a beautiful property. Also the hosts are available and happy to help with any sightseeing suggestions. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

“A home away from home!”
This property is owned and run by a family and they made our stay very comfortable beginning with inviting us to a special dinner the night we arrived which included live entertainment in the form of a solo guitar player/singer. It was a very laid back experience that remained throughout our five night stay. We had a balcony and a wonderful view of Umbria countryside. The unit consisted of a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with adequate space and a very quiet air conditioner that worked quickly to cool down the room and keep it cool throughout the night. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and wine available for purchase. The location in the country was ideal for relaxing.
