Great location.10 minute walk to 2 quality restaurants.It was a short ride /drive to the carpark on the edge of Assisi, but really I could have walked into the town centre in around 20 minutes.

“Perfect!”
It was exactly as expected from the info online. From my room it had a beautiful view of the basilica di san francesco, which changed dramatically as night fell and I was mesmerised by it. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was easy to reach by car and If I am in the area again I will have no hesitation in staying here again.

Lovely woman running the bed and breakfast - clean and comfortable rooms with air conditioner, fridge and security card access, homemade breakfast, free parking in the driveway and only a couple minute drive into Assisi or an easy 25ish minute walk. Well worth the stay with a beautiful view over Assisi enjoyed from the outdoor setting.

“Fantastic!”
It is an amazing place to stay and the owner, Clara, makes you feel at home. Breakfast with lots options for you. The place is about 20 min walking to Assisi centre.

Beautiful location. Very clean & modern. Very friendly staff & service. We felt very welcomed and at home. Short walk into Assisi town, and also very close to the airport. Delicious fresh fruit from the trees outside.

Clara has a wonderful character that makes you feel at home. The property is well kept and very clean not to mention that the location is exceptional and peaceful. In the morning there is a nice smell of freshly baked cakes. Breakfasr is wonderful

Owner Clara was a very friendly person. Continental Breakfast was fantastic. Room v comfortable, hot water and v quiet. Great value for money and ideal location for visiting the shrine. I was a solo traveller whose interest was religious pilgrimage to the shrine of st francis abd St clare so it really suited me yo stay at La Dimora di Francesco.

It is hard to summarize. Everything was perfect. The hotel is definitely in my top 3 list. The location is amazing, 5 minutes from Assisi and it has a very special view to the city too. It has this Italian farm feeling, which makes it even more special. The owner made us feel part of the family.

“Wonderful stay at la Dimora di Franceso”
Clara welcomed us warmly into her amazing country boutique hotel. We had high expectations due to the good rating but the location and direct view from the bedroom of Assisi left us speechless. Clara is a superb hostess. Apart from being a very pleasant person, ready to give us advice and have a short chat, she took care of us during breakfast, ensuring everything went well. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommended
