The property was wonderful exceeding my whole expectations. Very good position in the city center and also very inclusive being at the ground floor so easy to reach. The parking is very close and you can drop your luggage off and than after go to the parking. Beatrice is extremely welcoming and gives you all the instruction to enter the location even if she is not there. I highly recommend the host and the place indeed very good for old people as well and families with kids. I was with my parents who hardly walk so the stay was perfect and inclusive for people with disabilities being at the ground floor. Would recommend thousands times. Beatrice is the best at hosting!!!

La Casina Colorata is located in a great place. The house is beautifully decorated, cozy, clean and I felt like at home right away. The host is very kind and friendly. She really cares about the guests. I had a wonderful time in Assisi and staying at La Casina Colorata made my time in that beautiful city more special.

Proximity to main Piazza. We could just amble into the town. The host. She was amazing and made certain we knew about the attractions. Always wished us a great day and was very friendly and obliging. Definitely would recommend her apartment.

Great location in historical center of Assisi. We loved it, especially the friendly host that gave us many recommendations and laughs and was always available. She made us feel welcomed and seen. It has a good common area with fresh and beautiful kitchen with coffee machine (kitchen not allowed to use fully due to regulations). Room was clean, affordable and in a historical building. Only two rooms which made it cozy and quiet during our stay.

Very neat, super comfortable bed, warm and cosy (we visited mid winter). The location is very central. Beatrice (host) was very friendly and helpful. We tried a number of her suggestions for dining out and they were all excellent.

Very nice restored medieval apartment . Private bathroom with very nice kitchen in the common area mainly for tea and heating up food. Car park is 5 mins away. Able park at property to drop off bags , then move car to car park

Everything was wonderful. A beautiful comfortable, spacious, exceptionally clean room and a lovely shared kitchen area. The host Beatrice was delightful and so helpful in recommending restaurants etc.

The host is extremely nice, giving us tips for restaurants, parking and the bus. The place is very spacious and affordable. Comfortable with every amenity you could need. Shared kitchen with space for making coffee or tea was a Godsend in the cold Assisi weather as was the good insulation and heating. Also, the decor is so charming, as are many places in Assisi with the stone walls and wooden windows- but she has refurbished it to keep its ancient charm while feeling exceptionally modern in its cleanliness and functionality of the space. Eg new kitchen, bathroom feels clean. Thank you also for upgrading us to a larger room and helping us with a last minute request
