“Great space, great host, great town. Loved it all”
This place was very very good, and the host was amazing. I have no complains AT ALL. If only, just keep in mind that this is not a hotel, so there was no one at a front desk, and there is no complementary water. Besides such small details, everything was pefect and I am truly thankful for the host and the place overall. Plus, Assisi is the best medieval town EVER, and I love it there.

“Great location”
Nice little studio apartment. Kitchenette was useful. We were glad to have had the fan as it was very hot and the flat was quite airless.

“Fantastic for self catering travelers on a budget who want simple”
Great, simple self contained space in a fantastic location right in the heart of Assisi, like a motel room, but size of room was enough. The host was very accommodating, great communication and personable. I really like that the host was very open to feedback, that this place would be exceptional with a little more attention to detail, like checking soap dispenser is filled, a little more thorough dusting of surfaces, a few more utensils to cook and eat with, like bowls, small pot, a couple of mugs, a tea towel. People who book a apartments are possible self catering, at least partly, so think this small improvement would help

Someone contacted me via Whats App before my arrival so that the key handover could be organized on site, very uncomplicated. The kitchen was well enough equipped to cook something for yourself and not to rely on the certainly very tasty but not very cheap restaurants in the old town.

We waited 20 minutes for the person who was supposed to give us the room keys. The room was without towels and sheets - they were delivered only after our request. There was terrible stench inside of the room and kitchen.
