“Perfect stay near Assisi”

Incredible location. The view from our bedroom over farm fields with the mountains in the distance was memorable. It's about a fifteen minute drive from the centre of Assisi. There are excellent local restaurants a couple of K from the accommodation. The family who run the farm and the B & B are extremely friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, it would have been a great pleasure to have stayed longer.

Wonderful place - warm welcome by the owner. Very well taken care of: house, rooms, bathroom… garden with the roses is spectacular! Everything very clean, large room, good bed, good water pressure, good towels, good breakfast

The pool and grounds were very good. However the pool closed at 7 and opened at 9 making a pre-breakfast swim difficult.

The place and the owner are great, beautiful location with over looking of the Basilica of St. Francis. Andrea is very accommodating and friendly. Nice place to stay and probably we will come back and stay again.

“Quiet Garden oasis close to Assisi”

An absolute oasis not far from beautiful Assisi The garden is amazing and so lovely to wander through after a busy day The room was clean and comfortable with an excellent bathroom Best shower of our 5 week trip !! Andrea was a superb host and cooked a typical Tuscan meal for guests one night we were there It was amazing !!

The grounds were beautifully manicured ,the poo clean and were able to use it, the rooms were decorated simply, and were spacious, with a view if the grounds. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was close to the major towns such as Assisi , perugia, spello and spoleto. Very relaxing place to stay and unwind. Would recommend anyone to stay here. You wont be disappointed.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. Near Assisi in the countryside. The place has a beautiful garden where you can have a picnic with a clean refreshing pool. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Great breakfast to have in the garden. The owner was very friendly and helpful about things to do around.
